Studio 31A next door to Studio 29A has a ground floor living room with separate kitchen and toilet. The kitchen has an integral washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob oven and microwave oven. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin room with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs.
