Studio 29A
Studio 29A has an open plan lounge area/kitchen with staircase leading up to the double bedroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a shower room with an electric shower. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge, hob, oven and a mircrowave oven. This property is close to The Pickaquoy Centre.
Studio 31A
Studio 31A next door to Studio 29A has a ground floor lounge with separate kitchen/dining area and toilet. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin room with single beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs.
Studio 18
Situated very close to Studios 29A & 31A. On the ground floor there is a lounge with separate kitchen/dining area and toilet. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with king size bed. Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower.

Studio 29A
A staircase leads from the open plan living room/kitchen up to the double bedroom on the first floor. The shower room is situated on the ground floor with an electric shower. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge, hob, oven and a microwave oven.
Studio 31A
Studio 31A features a ground-level lounge area complemented by a fully fitted kitchen and separate toilet. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven, and microwave.
The upstairs has one double bedroom alongside a twin room containing two single beds, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Studio 18
Studio 18 is conveniently positioned near our other properties Studio 29A & 31A. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a seperate kitchen/dining area and toilet.
The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven.
Upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and other with king sized bed.
There is also a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower.
Studio 18 features a lawned garden at rear, with a patio area and drying green.

All three self catering units have air source heating and are fully equipped for your stay with bedding and towels included.
There is free Wi-Fi access and free car parking facilities.
No pets allowed and a strictly no smoking policy within the properties.
